Libby learns new tricks from Pappy

Whenever Libby goes to Meme and Pappy's house, she comes back with new "tricks." This time there was one great one and one weird one. The great one is that she can walk around (braceless) while holding only one of our hands (and this morning she was using her walker a bit). The weird one is teeth flossing. The above pictures are of her new amazing ability.

Things are still good with our family. It looks like the baby's name is going to be Joe (Joseph ___- no middle name yet). I'm feeling good and am even more excited since my friend Shawna is pregnant too!! We already have kids 9 days apart-now our second set will be 6-8 weeks apart. Yay for babies!!

More Good News

Corey is OFFICIALLY an RN. He passed his big test on Tuesday and we are celebrating!!! It's been a long road through nursing school, and we are thankful and grateful to all of you who made it more bearable.

Also Libby got a walker yesterday. She doesn't like it yet, but I'm sure she'll get over it eventually. It is the cutest thing I've ever seen because it is SO small! I'll post pics whenever I can actually get her to use it!

IT'S A... and other news from the Bozics

BOY!
Our ultrasound this morning revealed what Corey and others had already guessed. We are indeed having a baby boy this time around. Everything looks healthy and normal (who ever guessed we would be saying that about a pregnancy?). The pictures were amazing-amniotic fluid helps the resolution so we saw his features and his fingers and toes. It was so exciting! So the pink is gone and the blue is come-our families have both been waiting a while for a baby boy to be born so I think we'll be good.

In other news, Libby and I took a trip down to Charleston this weekend to visit my Grandma and Grandpa Fontalbert as well as both sisters and my nieces. Libby had a blast! She loved Grandma's house and all the newness of it. And of course Libby is happy wherever Claire is. She was also amazingly sweet to Sami-she kissed and hugged her as well as combed her "hair". It was a quick visit, but a good one.

Adjustments

With Corey going through orientation at Ruby and most of my nearest and dearest sick, Libby and I were home all week together. I love spending time with her but by Friday I was exhausted. Not only did I try to be super-mom, but super-wife. I tried three new recipes, did all the laundry, cleaned etc. And the only thing I learned was that all that made me very tired. (I know many of you out there love taking care of your homes-and I do too I just need to pace myself). Thank goodness that my in-laws had been Libby deprived and welcomed her all weekend.

Another much needed distraction last week was Elliott. They are wonderful together. Elliot is teaching Libby more words and Libby is teaching Elliott how to play pretend. I've had so much fun watching them play together. My main role being to mediate when everyone wants the same toy.
